NextFireSync is not a sync tool. It is a focused side panel that pulls exactly the ERPNext context you need for the email in front of you — and nothing else.

Contact & customer panel

Open an email and the panel looks up the sender in your ERPNext contacts. Match found? You see name, company, phone and the linked customer. No match? It falls back to a Lead lookup — or you create the contact right from the panel.

Open ToDos for the record

Every open Frappe ToDo for the matched contact, customer or lead — sorted by date, with priority and assignee. You know what is still on the table before you even start typing a reply.

Communication history

The latest communications attached to the same ERPNext record — emails, notes, calls — with a clean text preview. No browser tab, no searching the CRM.

Turn an email into a ToDo or Task

One click in the panel: enter description, priority, due date — done. The ToDo or Task lands in ERPNext linked to the right contact, customer or lead. You can also search existing Tasks and attach the email.

Multi-tenant safe

Firebase-verified auth on every call, strict tenant isolation so users only see their own organisation’s data, and ERPNext API secrets encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. Backed by a dedicated security test suite.

Works with your ERPNext

Self-hosted, Frappe Cloud or your own server — it doesn’t matter. You only need an API key. No Frappe app to install, no custom DocType migrations, no data export.

How the workflow looks

Open the email — context is already there

You open a message in Outlook or Gmail. NextFireSync sends the sender address to your ERPNext, fetches the matching contact plus linked customer, the open ToDos and the latest communications, and renders them in the side panel. No tab switching, no copy-paste, no searching.

From email to action

Capture work in one click

When the email needs a follow-up, create a ToDo or Task in the panel. Description and priority are pre-filled from the email context — you save, the work item appears in ERPNext linked to the right contact or customer.
